This is with reference to issue I have with
I have no option left but to send message and I apologize if you get this message in error.
But if you or someone you know who can help then please do.
I am sending this email in frustration as I feel like cheated by
1) Issue started when Sprint moved me from my old grand father plan ( since 2015) to new plan 
just because gave me refurbished phone (with imei #) towards replacement of my old phone that stopped taking service due to bug in one specific lot.
I have all details, recordings and also reference #s
Spring first customer service rep, convinced me to switch to new plan as that's only option to activate my refurbished phone that apple gave me and once its activated, he promised, pledged that once my iPhone (with imei) gets activated, he will ensure that I go back to old plan or will move me back to old grand father plan..
I have recording of this.
Person who confirmed first time, his name is John on 4/25
After confirmation ,he told me that he will call but he never called me
Thereafter when I called next day, to my shock, I was told my sprint that they deleted that request from representative as they can't move my line back to old plan so I have to either switch to new plan or cancel but If I do, I have to pay for phones on lease..
 I have two other lines in same old grand father plan and now they want me to cancel on those..
There after I kept trying and kept getting different versions. First layer of reps seems like logical and looked like were trying to help me.
Even asked me to stay as I am old customer, but they took so much of my time and inspite of there efforts, they all got ditched by there managers.
As per me, 1st layer good, 2nd layer or supervisors have little sense. Worse are managers as they seemed like have attitude and obnoxious attitude.
Simply I want my # that's moved from new line ( Which I don't even know what plan or when I will be made to pay) to same old grand father plan (where I already have two lines).
To my surprise, last customer rep even told me that I can have upto 10 lines in same grand father plan, without any increment in bill or fees or joining fee.
After talking to All reps, I feel like Sprint needs better managers and better process to take care of there customer.
God knows how many friends I recommended to Sprint but looks like Sprint don't care for old customer.
Can anyone help . IF not then I Will file consumer complaint against Sprint as its not fair to move someone to new plan, just because iPhone change my iPhone imei (which  I was not aware).  To me, Apple just took my phone, deleted everything and gave me my iPhone back.
I lost so mich of my business since 2 days, due to this stupid issue.

I am sure I Will get help and resolve as someone in sprint office must be diligent and working hard to take care of this right away, as I can't sleep till I get my peace of mind.
