: Brooklyn Night Bazaar
We’re thrilled to report that Brooklyn Night Bazaar will reopen in North Brooklyn on Friday, September 9 at a brand-new destination: Greenpoint’s iconic former Polish catering hall, Polonaise Terrace. And the massive, three-level venue (with four bars!) is just one of the many changes you can look forward to.
Of course, you can still expect a familiar myriad of activities including live music (the new music hall can hold up to 400 people), 50 vendors hawking everything from jewelry to vintage clothes and vinyl, plus arcade games and mini golf. So here’s the low-down on what’s new and most important.
Let’s get right to the point: Brooklyn Night Bazaar is officially NYC’s first (and only) combined karaoke, ping pong, mini golf and arcade complex. That’s right, the basement will house a nine-hole black light golf course, private karaoke lounges, a ping pong room with multiple tables and plenty of vintage and newer arcade games to keep you entertained. And it’s all free to enter!
Brooklyn Night Bazaar is presenting a permanent eatery (open seven days a week) in collaboration with Joaquin Baca of Brooklyn Star dubbed Brooklyn Star @ BK Bazaar. You should expect some finger-lickin Southern grub, and Baca will also custom curate the kitchen on the weekends (expect brunch!) by brining in a rotating cast of NYC’s buzzy chefs and menus.
The Brooklyn Bazaar hours are every Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 2am. Brooklyn Star @ BK Bazaar restaurant and bar hours are 5pm to 1am Monday through Friday and 11am to 1am on Saturday and Sunday.
Upstairs concerts at Brooklyn Night Bazaar will often be ticketed on Friday and Saturday, but you can also expect ticketed live concerts during the weekdays. There will also be neighborhood programming such as Nitehawk Cinema’s Tuesday movies series “Hawks Night Out.”
